Treasurer's financial reports

2023 St. Paul's treasurer: Bryan harris

Each financial report may include:

  • Operating Statement – Unrestricted Funds
This statement presents the income and expenses of St. Paul’s unrestricted net assets for a period of time on a cash basis and compares actual results to budgeted amounts. The cash outflow for loan principal payments (Debt Reduction Per Loan Agreement) is also included at the bottom of the statement to better track cash needed for operations.
  • Statement of Financial Position
This statement is also known as the balance sheet, and it shows the financial position of St. Paul’s assets, liabilities, and net assets as of a specific date. For a not-for-profit, net assets are divided into two categories – those that are not restricted by donor and those that have donor restrictions (sometimes referred to as designated funds).
  • The treasurer’s observations about each financial statement that provides highlights, additional schedules, and charts/graphs.

Please contact Bryan Harris here should you have any questions about the financial reports.
