Confirmation is an exciting time as our youth prepare to confess before the congregation their faith in Christ! The journey to being confirmed in the Lutheran Church is both challenging and rewarding. This is the only time in most people's lives when they study the six chief parts of Luther's Small Catechism and the basics of the Christian faith.

At St. Paul's we offer confirmation for both students who attend our day school, and those who attend other schools. During the process, youth will learn more about: Ten Commandments, Lord's Prayer, Apostles' Creed, Sacraments, and more. We welcome you to be an active part of this formative process.

Confirmation Pray er Partner Ministry

Register Here

Every school year, St. Paul’s coordinates a ministry of prayer on behalf of the confirmands in our congregation. This is a unique opportunity for you to include a Confirmation student in your personal prayer time as he/she prepares to profess the one true faith in Christ.

Many prayer partners in the past have shared how this ministry has blessed them and strengthened their own prayer lives.

If you are willing to serve as a prayer partner this school year, please register above for more information.

How does it work? Each youth at St. Paul's is assigned a specific prayer partner in the final year of Confirmation study. The identities of these prayer partners are hidden until the Confirmation Examination night. That night is highly anticipated as confirmands meet the special person who has been diligently praying for them throughout their final year.
